Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and sales-driven Sales Associate to join our retail team. The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, driving sales through clienteling, and building lasting customer relationships. You will work closely with the team to meet store goals while consistently demonstrating the brand’s commitment to “Expertly Deliver Personalized Style” (EDPS). Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service and a personalized shopping experience. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. Actively identify opportunities to establish new client accounts. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store goals. Utilize clienteling techniques, including follow-ups and personalized recommendations. Team Collaboration & Operations Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with store merchandising, restocking, and maintaining visual standards. Support store events, promotions, and product launches. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Brand & Culture Consistently represent the brand and its values through interactions with clients and team members. Demonstrate the Ellsworth & Ivey brand filter “Expertly Deliver Personalized Style” (EDPS) in all client interactions. Stay knowledgeable about current collections, products, and styling trends. Qualifications Previous retail experience not required but always welcome. Sales-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail setting. Comfortable using POS systems and basic retail technology. Work Environment This role requires flexibility, including opening and closing shifts, and may involve standing, walking, and occasional heavy lifting. You will act as a key leader in maintaining the store’s operational excellence and brand standards. Compensation Non-provided housing: $18-21/hr depending upon experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
