Position Overview: Medical Director

• Leadership Role: Oversee a team of 15 providers across four primary care locations.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend shifts.
• Patient Interaction: Engage in 32 patient contact hours weekly, averaging 16 patients per day.
• Employment Structure: Hospital-employed role within a multi-specialty outpatient practice comprising 50 providers.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range

The annual compensation for this role ranges from $250,000 to $260,000 .
