Job Description

The Lincoln Group has partnered with a local Company, in search of a Car Detailer in Santa Maria, CA


Sunday - Thursday, 40hrs a week with overtime as needed

Compensation: $18.00

Principle Duties:

- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning and conditioning leather seats, and polishing dashboard surfaces.
- Perform exterior detailing tasks such as washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing to remove dirt, grime, and imperfections.
- Clean and polish vehicle windows, mirrors, and tires.
- Apply protective treatments to preserve the vehicle's finish.
- Use specialized tools and products to achieve the best results.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to the client.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a car detailer or similar role.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for perfection.
- Knowledge of various car detailing products and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license.
