Job Opportunity: L&D Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to expectant mothers and their newborns within hospital environments. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the well-being of both patients and infants.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct maternal and fetal evaluations.
- Perform continuous monitoring of fetal health.
- Provide support during labor.
- Administer medications and IV treatments.
- Deliver immediate care for postpartum patients and newborns.
- Assist in the delivery process.
- Work collaboratively with obstetric providers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and their families about labor, recovery, and newborn care.
- Valid Registered Nurse license with specialization in Labor and Delivery.
- Proven experience in maternal and newborn care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
This role will be performed in a hospital setting, where you will engage with patients and healthcare professionals in a dynamic environment focused on maternal and infant health.
