The Financial Service Representative II plays an important role in delivering personalized financial solutions and strengthening member relationships. In this role, you’ll assist members with complex transactions, guide them through their financial journeys, and proactively promote products and services that meet their needs, while ensuring every interaction reflects our mission and values. You will take the lead in creating exceptional member experiences through consultative conversations, teamwork, and a commitment to service excellence. Your expertise and care will help members achieve their financial goals while contributing to the growth and success of Securityplus. Responsibilities Excellent Communication Skills You’re a natural communicator, making it easy for members to understand complex financial information, no matter the platform—be it face‑to‑face, over the phone, or in writing. What You’ll Bring to the Table A High School Diploma or GED is required to ensure you have the foundational skills to empower you to perform successfully in this role. At least one year of hands‑on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services. Available to work Saturdays so members get the support they need when it’s most convenient for them.
