About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support executive leadership and legal operations within a growing organization. This position will play a key role in the drafting, negotiation, administration, and management of commercial agreements while supporting a variety of corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters.

The ideal candidate brings strong commercial contract experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment. This individual will regularly collaborate with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and legal counsel to support critical business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including service agreements, vendor agreements, and other business contracts.
• Partner closely with executive leadership and internal stakeholders to identify legal, contractual, and business risks while supporting organizational objectives.
• Support contract lifecycle management from initial drafting through execution, compliance, amendments, and renewals.
• Maintain corporate records, legal documentation, and entity management activities.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on legal matters and special projects as needed.
• Assist with regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Provide transactional support and assist with strategic business initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paralegal Certification and/or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
• 5+ years of corporate paralegal, contracts management, legal operations, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, risk mitigation, and contract lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with executive leadership and external business partners.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, telecommunications, utilities, energy, construction, real estate development, or related industries is highly preferred.
