Job Description Job Description Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience Experience handling EOIR and USCIS cases Bilingual in English & Spanish is a must since our clients are mainly Spanish speakers. Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases efficiently A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Someone who genuinely cares about clients and their success What You'll Do: Manage immigration case files from start to finish Communicate with clients and provide case updates Prepare applications, motions, filings, and exhibit packets Track court hearings, appointments, and filing deadlines Translate and review documents Work closely with attorneys to prepare cases Help keep our immigration department running smoothly Why Join Cedillo Law Firm?
