How you'll make an impact

• Support the team’s daily workflow so client needs can be handled without delays.
• Use the right tools, follow process steps, and handle routine service work with care.
• Help production and client service teammates by preparing accurate documents and keeping work organized.
• Your work will help clients get clear, timely support.

About You

Required :

• High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  
  

Preferred :

• Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
• Previous experience managing client relationships.
