Job Overview A law firm seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality legal representation in personal injury cases while maintaining excellent client service. Duties Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases. Conduct client calls and case evaluations to determine legal strategy. Investigate claims by reviewing police reports, medical records, and other evidence. Manage files using case management software. Understand and apply UM coverage. Communicate regularly with clients for case updates and legal guidance. Collaborate with legal assistants to manage case workflow. Ensure compliance with legal standards and ethics rules. Requirements JD degree from an accredited law school. Valid license to practice law in Louisiana. Member of the state bar in good standing. Education JD degree from an accredited law school. Certifications License to practice law in Louisiana. Skills Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer or client service. Strong persuasive writing skills. High level of integrity and discretion. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize goals. Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Benefits Paid medical leave. 401K participation with company match.
