Systems Design & Requirements EngineerYou will be a Systems Design & Requirements Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, FL, responsible for developing a system architecture using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions, and you will play a key role in developing models for current and future system designs, and serving as the focal point for the development and communication of the system architecture for various stakeholders.What You Will Be Doing As a Systems Design & Requirements Engineer, you will be responsible for:Developing a system architecture using MBSE techniquesDeveloping models for current and future system designsDeveloping system and system element architectures, designs, and interface definitionsSupporting internal and external design reviewsPerforming system architecture design using SysML based toolsDefining system functionality, including system states and modesDefining system design for software requirements and functional interfacesSynthesizing design characteristics into an implementable system architectureWorking with the requirements management team to ensure accuracy of the subsystem element modelCoordinating with the team for modeling and simulation scenarios, and predicted performanceSupporting system timelines and working with software and hardware teamsDocumenting system design and implementation for various use case scenariosConducting model-based performance simulations to determine the impact of requirements changes on system performance and behaviorsWhy Join Us We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Systems Design & Requirements Engineer to join our team.
