Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases. Resolves customer issues and answers questions. Bags purchases if needed. Processes return transactions.Benefits:-Starting pay starts at $14+/hour with opportunities for increases based on department and job performance.-We offer a Paid Time Off program.Job Responsibilities:-Greeting customers in a positive manner and helping them find specific items-Bagging, or boxing merchandise for customers-Accepting payment by credit, debit, or cash-Calculating and giving correct change to the customer-Resolving customer complaints and rectifying price discrepancies-Handling exchanges, refunds, credits.-Entering purchases into the cash register to calculate the purchase priceJob Skills:-Welcoming and helpful attitude toward clients and other team members.-Very comfortable with technology and using business applications.-Strong attention to detail.-Strong to excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team.-Strong work ethic and integrity.-Effective time management skills and ability to be punctual.-Ability to follow directions and procedures, while also thinking independently.Job Requirements:-High school diploma required.-At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.-Compliance with Tisun dress code and other policies in Tisun employee handbook.-Passion for the mission of Tisun Beauty.
