Restaurant Manager

What you'll do In this role, you will supervise, coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure operational excellence, maintain brand standards, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and product quality. Your responsibilities include: Managing opening and closing procedures, customer service, and compliance with food safety standards. Monitoring crew performance, providing recognition and corrective feedback to maintain A-level operations. Adjusting projections and prep charts to ensure product quality and service. Managing crew schedules based on labor, performance, and forecast. Addressing customer concerns, improving the customer experience, and creating brand loyalty. Recommending corrective actions for customer issues or low crew performance. We may also expect you to maximize profitability by partnering with Restaurant Management to identify opportunities for efficiency. Prerequisites Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Education and Licensing High school diploma or equivalent (required). ServSafe certification (preferred).
