Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER) - 13-Week ContractLocation: Rochester, NYAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule:Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)Weekend Requirement: Every Other WeekendHoliday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if neededJob Description:We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Room (ER). The ideal candidate will have EPIC charting experience and a strong background in emergency care for adults. This critical care role requires the ability to manage various emergency cases, including neuro-trauma and cardiac monitoring.Responsibilities:Provide emergency care for adult and geriatric patientsPerform IV therapy including blood product administration and central line careManage ventilator support, including CPAP/BiPAPMonitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmiasParticipate in triage and implement isolation precautions as requiredCoordinate care with interdisciplinary teamsRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure:Active New York State RN License (must not be pending)Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSSMinimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience preferredExperience with EPIC charting is requiredWhy ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
