Lead (Expert) Integration Engineer: Anti‑Tamper The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to lead the software architecture and development of key computing assets embedded in advanced Boeing defense platforms. The role is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and requires 100% onsite presence. Position Overview Lead the development and maintenance of hardware and software‑based product security solutions for the protection of critical military information and technology. This role will support the Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) division business organization. Responsibilities Develop, document, and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systems. Lead the development of secure software methodologies to generate detailed, repeatable, automated test points, plans, and procedures. Support and be accountable to program engineering leads and management in day‑to‑day task activities, accomplishments, issues, and concerns. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills, and work independently with external customers and subcontractors in a multi‑site, multi‑discipline program. Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (or non‑US equivalent). 9+ years of software development experience in avionics or real‑time embedded systems / firmware design using C/C++, Ada, and/or Java. 1+ years of technical leadership experience. 1+ years of experience utilizing Agile tools (GitLab, Jira). Ability to develop code that is usable, readable, and maintainable. Preferred Qualifications 14+ years of software development experience in avionics or real‑time embedded systems / firmware design using C/C++, Ada, and/or Java. 5+ years of technical leadership experience across multiple teams in a fast‑paced environment. 1+ years of experience with lifecycle configuration management (CM) tools such as GitLab or Jira. Experience working in a DevSecOps environment. Experience with cryptography and other security protocols. Working knowledge of cyber security, secure computing, and/or anti‑tamper technologies. Additional Information Conflict of Interest: Candidates must satisfy the Company’s COI assessment process. Relocation: Basic relocation is offered for eligible internal candidates. Shift: 1st shift, 9/80 schedule (nine‑hour shifts Monday–Thursday, alternate Fridays off). The position requires on‑site work in Oklahoma City and up to 10% travel. Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. An interim or final U.S. Secret Clearance is required post‑start. Pay & Benefits: Competitive base pay and variable compensation. • Level4: $151,300 – $204,700
• Level5: $189,550 – $256,450
