Pay: Starting at $23 Hourly; Pay based on experience (Location Specific Hourly) + weekly, monthly contests and incentives

Schedule: Thursday - Sunday (four 10-hour shifts)

Work Location: Oklahoma City, OK

This position requires a personal vehicle, insurance, and submission to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Daily travel to multiple stores and the ability to accommodate occasional overnight assignments are necessary.

Job Description:

• Drive Sales Growth: Effectively promote the Android OS devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Best Buy locations.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure an excellent experience for end-consumers through retail partners by leveraging expert Android OS product knowledge and outstanding service.
• Maximize Product Placement: Optimize product displays and in-store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Provide Product Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating Best Buy associates and customers on the features and benefits of Android OS devices and the broader Android ecosystem.
• Execute Sales Strategies: Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
• Report and Analyze Sales Data: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.

• Influences Retail Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, specifically within Best Buy retail store leadership.

• Situational Adaptability: Highly adaptable with the ability to demonstrate situational adaptability and adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs.
• Self-Starter: A proactive and driven self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.
• Product Knowledge: The ability to acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge regarding Android devices and the broader ecosystem, and effectively communicate it to retailers and customers.
• Must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and be available for occasional overnight assignments a valid Driver's License is required.
• Physical Requirements: Lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more
