What You’ll Do Own the sales process: from initial greeting to the final signature, manage the customer journey with urgency and precision. Drive revenue: proactively follow up on leads and identify new opportunities to grow your pipeline. Consult and close: use product expertise to recommend the best solutions for clients while overcoming objections with ease. Deliver excellence: ensure every client feels the wow factor through your professional energy and attention to detail. What We’re Looking For Proven closers: a minimum of two years of high-ticket retail or in-home sales experience (flooring, auto, furniture, or appliances preferred). Aggressive mindset: you don’t wait for business to come to you; you go out and get it. Communication mastery: build instant rapport and speak with authority and persuasion. Requirements Minimum of one to three years of proven work experience in retail sales, flooring sales, interior design, furniture sales, or similar role. Basic computer, social media, and math skills. Proper phone etiquette and a positive attitude. Strong desire to exceed expectations. Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors and clients. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong personal and professional judgment. Ability to respond quickly to clients’ needs and wants. Self-starter with a desire to grow a business. Excellent time management and detail orientation. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and flexibility to jump from priority to priority. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace a plus. Flexible work hours to include Saturdays. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits Paid training. Base salary: $40,000 annually. Earning potential of $80,000 and greater annually with commissions, growth, and advancement opportunities. Full time: 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Medical and dental insurance.
