The role involves identifying and analyzing legal risks, managing subsidiary governance, and partnering with HR on employment-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Advise on corporate projects including tax, pensions, legal restructurings, and treasury matters. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, banking documents, and consultant terms. Manage subsidiary governance, legal entity compliance, and corporate records. Partner with Human Resources on employment-related matters. Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes.
