Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM - 8:30 AM
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Fraser, Michigan. Their mission is to provide high-precision gears, components, and subassemblies to the global aerospace market. Known for their commitment to quality, precision, and innovation, they are seeking a motivated and skilled 3rd Shift Assembly Technician to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble components and systems according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and customer standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
