Fox Pest Control needs a full-time Customer Care Manager. We are seeking responsible customer service "All-Stars" who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations. This role provides daily coaching, training, and support to ensure team members are equipped to deliver excellent customer experience. The Call Center Manager will answer team questions, handle escalated customer calls, perform call audits, and provide feedback to improve performance. This role will also support key service goals, including customer retention, first-call resolution, after-call work efficiency, QA performance, and overall team effectiveness.
