Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility)
• Solid background in pediatric and/or school-based occupational therapy
• Experience managing K-12 caseloads is highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse learning and physical needs
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally between campuses as needed

Your Daily Impact:

• Deliver evidence-based OT services to K-12 students per individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess student needs, develop treatment goals, and document progress
• Consult with teachers and families regarding strategies for classroom and home support
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student accommodations
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations
