Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Three full-time positions are available, with consideration given to part-time applicants who bring experience and a passion for helping students. This role covers the 2026-2027 school year, running from August 13, 2026, to May 28, 2027.

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong background in school-based OT practices
• Experience working with K-12 students, adapting interventions to diverse needs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
• Commitment to fostering students’ independence and academic participation

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assessing student needs and developing personalized intervention plans
• Delivering services directly in the school environment, both individual and group
• Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Supporting students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development
• Documenting progress and maintaining required records in a timely manner
• Participating in IEP meetings and supporting educational goals
• Providing consultative guidance to educational staff
