What You Will Do Serve as the functional subject matter expert for the Eyelit Manufacturing Execution System (MES).Analyze manufacturing business processes and convert operational requirements into scalable Eyelit MES models and workflows.Configure and maintain product routings, manufacturing operations, work instructions, resources, equipment, process parameters, quality checkpoints, defect tracking, and material genealogy within Eyelit.Support new product introductions, engineering change implementations, and manufacturing process updates within the MES.Lead requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders and document business requirements and functional specifications.Evaluate manufacturing workflows and recommend opportunities to improve automation, traceability, cycle time, and data integrity.Coordinate testing, validation, deployment, and user acceptance activities for MES enhancements.Develop standard work, documentation, training materials, and user guidance supporting MES functionality.Participate in digital manufacturing initiatives supporting factory modernization and operational excellence.Promote standardized modeling practices and governance across multiple manufacturing areas.Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experienceExperience configuring and modeling within the Eyelit Manufacturing Execution System (MES).Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations.Experience working directly with manufacturing organizations in a production environment.U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications We Prefer Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Experience implementing MES solutions within semiconductor or other high-technology manufacturing environments.Knowledge of lot genealogy, material traceability, WIP management, nonconformance workflows, defect management, SPC, and manufacturing data collection.Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments requiring strict process control and traceability.Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and leading business process improvement initiatives.Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.What We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
