This role will report to the Partner-in-Charge of Corporate Affairs and Brand Marketing.Responsibilities:Lead KPMG U.S. brand strategy, developing and executing an innovative brand strategy, collaborating with business leaders to align with the firm's business strategy in the US and across the global networkRun the brand marketing organization, setting standards for creativity, quality and agility in elevating the firm's brand and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration and cultivating talentTransform brand marketing and execute against a vision that establishes KPMG's leadership and trust in the market and with clients; responsibilities include smart media buys, excellent creative design and approach, exceptional experiences and advance a tech forward perception of the firm; manage an ecosystem of outside agency partners to support our brand strategyDemonstrate a sophisticated and strategic approach to brand marketing and deep understanding and experience with emerging technology, new innovative partners, brand health data trends and AI's potential disrupt to push our brand strategy and capabilities Qualifications:Minimum fifteen years of recent experience in corporate brand settings, including outside agencies, with demonstrated experience executing brand strategyBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityDeep and proven leading teams and working with complex brands; B2B and B2C experience preferredProven experience in corporate brand settings, including outside agencies, with demonstrated experience executing brand strategyExecutive presence and ability to engage and influence senior leadership teams and global counterparts; experience in a regulated industry preferredStrong management and stakeholder engagement experience at the C suite Demonstrated ability to innovate with AI, analyze data and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality outcomes through effective planning and cross-functional coordinationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts across both technical and non-technical audiences For this current opening, our target hiring salary range is $380,000 to $515,000 based on the immediate requirements and scope of the role. The current full market salary range for this job level is disclosed below. This broader range represents potential future income growth available over the course of a career in this position.
