Position Summary: As a Clinic Medical Director, you will spend most of your time treating patients while also overseeing recruiting, business metrics, patient/client satisfaction, and center management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and lead by example
• Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with clinical standards
• Foster a collaborative and professional working environment
• Manage relationships with clients and payers
• Drive clinical and business outcomes

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty
• Active and unrestricted medical and DEA licenses
• Preferred two years' clinical and supervisory experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• DOT Required, or must be willing to obtain!

This role offers a base salary of $264,000.00 to $329,000.00
