Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure prior to start
• Previous experience in school settings or enthusiasm for working with pediatric populations
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms a plus
• Excellent clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to students onsite and/or virtually as required
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates
• Maintain comprehensive and timely progress reports and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
• Provide guidance and support for carryover of skills between therapy and classroom
