Senior Manager Logistics

Job Overview Senior Manager Logistics (Distribution Center Lead). Location: Corbin, KY or Louisville, KY (onsite). Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. Pay Type: Exempt / Salary. Annual Salary: $90,000.00 – $94,000.00, plus up to 10% bonus annually. Responsibilities Interface directly with customers to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction. Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation. Identify and solve operational issues via continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives. Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance for employees; maintain positive employee relations. Maintain open and effective communication within and between work groups. Review data, identify, and implement necessary actions. Manage profit & loss statements as required. Lead proactive safety program consistent with company policy. Enforce location safety management plans, training, and processes. Monitor equipment maintenance using checklists and observations. Perform other duties as assigned. Effective management of profit & loss statements (preferred). Multitasking, highly organized with excellent time‑management skills. Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred; Master’s degree preferred. Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry‑related field required. Five (5) years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports required. Three (3) years or more profit & loss responsibility preferred. One (1) year or more customer interaction preferred. Compensation Annual Salary: $90,000.00 – $94,000.00.
