• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Provide follow-ups to maintain candidate interest and support their hiring journey
• Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking software
• Generate commissions based on the meetings you facilitate, interviews that occur, and successful hires from your outreach
