Senior Solutions Consultant

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Solutions Consultant will engage with enterprise customers to solve complex identity challenges, lead technical demonstrations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure maximum value from the platform. Key responsibilities Act as the key technical point of contact for strategic customers, managing the discovery process to uncover business objectives and technical requirements Conduct technical demonstrations and proof of concepts while collaborating with various teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes Contribute to internal knowledge and technical excellence, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance decision-making Required qualifications Post-Secondary Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Technical Support, Solutions Consultant, or Implementation Specialist role, preferably in identity verification, compliance, or fintech Strong expertise in APIs (REST, API design, OAuth) and technical problem-solving Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs is a plus
