Cost Accounting Manager
Lafayette, IN
Direct Hire

Compensation: $125k-$140k plus bonus

Responsibilities

Manage and improve standard costing
Analyze variances (materials, labor, overhead)
Partner with Operations and other teams on cost and margin decisions
Support pricing, quoting, and profitability
Identify cost issues and risks
Improve processes using automation and AI

Requirements

Experience with standard costing and variance analysis
Manufacturing background (continuous flow preferred)
Understanding of how product differences impact cost and production
Comfortable using automation/AI to improve processes
Hands-on, individual contributor (no direct reports)
Team player with strong analytical skills
