School Office SecretaryWork in the school office taking care of all secretarial duties, including but not limited to:Handle routine correspondence, and general secretarial tasks, and prepare various reportsOperate computerized business and office machines including computersPerform any duties as assigned by the administrator/supervisorComputerized application of bookkeeping for school fundsReceive callersOther duties as assigned by the Principal or SuperintendentQualifications:Must be at least 18 years oldMust have a high school diploma or equivalentAdvanced knowledge and experience in operation of computersDependable work recordAble to perform duties listed in job descriptionMust pass State Competency Test for secretaries. Test given by WCSEmployment Term: 204 daysApplication Procedure: Paper applications will be accepted through March 1, 2025, as well as online applications. After March 1, 2025, all applications must be submitted online.Selection Procedure: Service personnel are hired by seniority in accordance to WV Code.
