Job Title: Regional Sales Manager US & Canada (West Coast)

Location: West Coast US or Canada (Remote)

State Territory: California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Alaska, British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan

Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience selling Packaging Equipment

Reports to: Sales Director

Company Overview: Global Leading OEM specialising in Primary and Secondary Equipment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assigned geographical sales area to meet the established objectives
  • Monitor and maintain portfolio of assigned clients, as well as prospect the market for new leads
  • Manage network of representatives to implement the company's commercial policy and achieve both sales and profitability objectives
  • Analyse the performance of business activities using key metrics and prepare reports for management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Packaging Equipment sector (preference for flexible packaging or end-of-line solutions)
  • Ability to Travel
  • Proactive 'hunter' mindset

Salary and Benefits:
