CPTE, a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director to join our growing Pelham, NH clinic. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for a strong PT leader who is passionate about mentoring others and delivering exceptional patient care. About the Role As Assistant Clinic Director, you’ll balance patient care, leadership, and operations to support a high-performing clinic and an exceptional patient experience. Clinical Care Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care with a full, productive caseload Complete timely, accurate documentation aligned with compliance standards Address patient concerns proactively to drive strong outcomes and satisfaction Participate in quality initiatives such as chart reviews and outcome tracking Collaborate with referral sources and providers to ensure continuity of care Operations & Performance Support efficient clinic flow, scheduling, and patient access Contribute to key performance metrics (visits, units, arrival rate, etc.) Utilize tools and technology to improve documentation and workflow efficiency Assist with maintaining clinic standards, safety, and organization Growth & Community Support clinic growth through patient experience and relationship building Participate in community outreach and local engagement efforts Contribute ideas that enhance clinic performance and reputation Team & Culture Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, aides, and front office team to support clinic success Contribute to a positive, team-first environment focused on growth and accountability Support mentorship, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing across the team Participate in team meetings and ongoing communication Better tools and technology such as Prompt EMR with AI-scribing for compliant and speedy documentation Clear clinical and leadership pathways to support your long-term professional growth Fusion Leadership Academy: Build your leadership skills through structured training, mentorship, and collaboration with leaders across our network, preparing you for success as a clinic leader Exposure to diverse clinical specialties including orthopedics, geriatrics, sports medicine, vestibular, pelvic health, and aquatics Network-wide trainings and advanced certification opportunities (dry needling, manual therapy, vestibular, pelvic health) plus access to a network of clinical specialists for case reviews and collaboration Opportunities throughout New England to build a long-term career within our network Structured mentorship and onboarding for both early career and seasoned clinicians Compensation $1,000 annual continuing education reimbursement 401(k) with company match 4 weeks of paid time off + 6 paid holidays Bonus opportunities MedBridge subscription with unlimited CEUs Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability insurance Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Active state PT license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure) 2+ years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting Strong clinical judgment with a patient-centered, evidence-based approach Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills Ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Motivation for professional growth and contributing to clinic success CPTE invests in a culture of inclusion and positivity and encourages all to apply to our open roles.
