Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member
Sabrina Pritchett-Evans - State Farm Agent
Account Manager
Sabrina Pritchett-Evans State Farm Agency is searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our account manager, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Qualifications:
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Kalamazoo, MI and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

- Life insurance
- Retirement planning
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
