Voice Engineer

Working fully remote, the full-time Voice Engineer will manage the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of voice services and infrastructure while collaborating with a skilled team to enhance voice solutions. Key responsibilities Securely configure and manage Sipcom voice solutions and platforms Provide escalated support for voice applications and infrastructure, ensuring effective monitoring and response to key alarms Collaborate with engineers and architects to design solutions that meet customer needs and document configuration processes Required qualifications Experience with voice technology and extensive knowledge of SIP Proficiency in configuring and managing Session Border Controllers (SBCs) Experience with PSTN integration for cloud UC platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom In-depth troubleshooting skills using tools like VOIP Monitor and Wireshark Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple project tasks
