About this opportunity We are looking for candidates who have high energy, want to win, and want to reap the benefits of how hard they work through our competitive salary and incentive plan. Pay and Schedule This position is Monday - Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. The pay range is $40,000-$100,000 including a base salary dependent on experience plus a competitive incentive commission plan . Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance 401k PTO Other Voluntary Benefits How you will contribute to the success of the team Carrier Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with our partner carriers Negotiate rates and settlements with carriers Ensure that our customer s freight is picked up and delivered 24/7/365 Communicate honestly and proactively with carriers Customer Relationships: Prospect, contact, and onboard new customers. Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations.
