Flight Representative Coordinator OnSite Long Island

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Build and maintain working relationships with the Flight Representatives and ACS Private Jets departments. Develop and refine processes to continually improve effectiveness and efficiency. Schedule and coordinate Flight Representatives to maximize coverage and efficiency, including assigning one representative to multiple flights where appropriate. Act as the main point of contact for charter consultants globally, ensuring all Flight Representatives receive all necessary information to deliver a seamless service on the day of the flight. Monitor booking forms and report data whilst proactively liaising with consultants to arrange Flight Representative coverage. Oversee and produce accurate records and reports for the number of reps achieved monthly for Flight Representatives across the U.S. and Canada. Ensure Flight Representatives complete post‑flight visit reports via the Flight Rep App/email template to keep accurate service records. Lead on projects to assist on future growth of the Flight Representative department (e.g. review data to validate Flight Representative growth). Collaborate closely with non‑sales departments, recognizing their vital role in ACS’s overall success. Adapt communication style to suit the needs of clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Follow company procedures methodically to safeguard both ACS and its clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated with a drive to continually improve and achieve goals. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work flexibly outside standard hours if needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working independently whilst thriving in a collaborative team environment. Previous experience with Microsoft Suite.
