Senior Product Manager

Lead the strategy, development, and management of key products within the portfolio. Drive product vision, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals. Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond. Develop product specifications for revisions, additional features, and new products. Conduct market research to identify client/customer needs and industry trends. Analyze and compare competitor product lines against current offerings. Develop strategies for competitive positioning to increase sales and promotions. Serve as a liaison between departments to gather customer feedback and communicate product development status. Act as a subject matter expert on D&B products and how they can fulfill specific solutions. Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs. Manage risks and issues, execute product builds, and manage products through retirement. Prioritize product features and enhancements. Collaborate with GTM, Technology, Sales, Customer Experience, Solution Architecture, Pricing, Finance, engineering, and design teams. Act as the voice of the customer and ensure product quality and user satisfaction. Track market trends, customer needs, industry trends, and competition. Proactively seek seller feedback to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Create product requirements, user stories, and specifications. Define and track product metrics to inform data-driven improvements. Develop business cases for new product initiatives. Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, Technology or related disciplines. Experience with AML/KYC workflows and fraud screening procedures. At least 8 years’ experience of pre-sales / solutions consulting/ product management/ project management. Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize. Excellent communication and presentation skill, with experience in dealing with senior management and all levels including across matrix teams. Independent, detailed oriented, and a good team player. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and analytics teams. Ability to translate business goals into product requirements. Ownership mindset and problem-solving ability. Proactive collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Continuous growth mindset and willingness to keep learning through courses and programs. Where applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
