Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager, Commodity Solutions to lead solution architecture efforts for complex business and technology transformations. In this role, you will help clients define scalable architecture approaches, align technology decisions to business objectives, and drive delivery across large, cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate brings strong architecture leadership, client-facing experience, and the ability to guide solution decisions from strategy through implementation. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field12+ years of experience in commodity trading and risk management (CTRM) implementations, including multiple full lifecycle RightAngle implementationsExperience leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design for CTRM transformationsExperience aligning business requirements to standard RightAngle capabilities, process design considerations, and customization approachesExperience across trading, risk, scheduling, and settlement business processes in commodity trading environmentsExperience leading solution decisions with business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teamsAbility to travel 75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred: Experience with RightAngle modules supporting natural gas, power, crude, or refined productsExperience designing solutions across trading, risk, scheduling, and settlement domainsExperience evaluating impacts across upstream and downstream business processes and functional dependenciesExperience supporting interfaces with market data providers, trade capture systems, and financial systemsExperience leading functional solution design in a consulting environment The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
