Supply Chain Contracts Specialist

Overview Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity on our Supply Chain Management team for a Contracts Specialist. The primary responsibility of the Contracts Specialist is to draft and maintain contracts, statements of work (SOW), non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs), addendums, contract templates and other related documents. This role also negotiates basic terms and conditions with suppliers and uses the Coupa contract lifecycle management tool to track current contract obligations and implement contract management best practices. Additionally, the Contracts Specialist advises internal teams on the various legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to commercial agreements and assists with the continuous development of contract processes. This position may interpret and amend documentation in support of all Enterprise brands and business divisions. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, Missouri. Responsibilities Structure, negotiate, administer, analyze, and maintain contracts. Respond to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations, modifications, and revisions. Review and manage contractual obligations of the parties and provide continuous review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met. Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, renewals, and summary reports for legal department requests and inquiries. Identify business risks associated with contractual commitments and collect and organize information in support of business risk assessments. Consult and escalates to leadership on contractual, business or contract‑management positioning issues. Act as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and Legal, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly. Inform the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitor compliance. Develop and integrate contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes. Provide contract training as needed. Achieve a reasonable level of understanding of major business areas in order to communicate effectively with the project team and provide relevant advice. Implement contract management best practices, processes, and ensure consistency across all contracts. Attend team and group meetings and complete required training. Two (2+) years of relevant experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including Purchasing Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Security and Data Protection Agreements, and SOWs. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. Preferred Experience with IT contracts (Software License Agreements, SaaS Agreements, etc.). Experience with contract lifecycle management software. Strong ability to prepare contractual terms and conditions as well as contract summaries for stakeholders. Knowledge of legal language.
