- Solid electrical diagnostic skills, comfortable with meters and wiring diagrams.
- Working knowledge of RV appliances and coach systems (RVTI or RVIA certification is a plus).
- Ability to work independently on mobile calls and as part of a shop team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Your own basic hand tools.
- A commitment to quality work and honest communication with customers.
What You'll Earn:
- $25–$35+ per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
- Steady, year-round work with a growing local company.
- Opportunities to build skills across a wide range of RV systems.
