Maintenance Technician

You'll handle resident service requests within 24 hours and complete make-readies within five days, which is a real constraint that demands both technical competence and good scheduling instincts. You'll need your own basic hand tools and a valid driver's license with a clean record, since assignments move across the property and on-call rotation takes you off-site when emergencies come in. The physical demands are real and worth acknowledging plainly. Climbing ladders, accessing crawl spaces and attics, working outdoors in South Texas heat, and lifting up to 50 pounds are regular parts of this job. After-hours emergency calls are part of the rotation. If that's a dealbreaker, this posting isn't the right fit. What You're Actually Managing Day to Day Resident service requests, unit turns, grounds upkeep, and shop inventory all live on your plate simultaneously.
