Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Staff Embedded Firmware Engineer, the position focuses on embedded C/C++, embedded Linux and RTOS, IoT and connected devices, as well as networking protocols while providing technical leadership and mentoring within the team. Key responsibilities: Design and develop embedded firmware for IoT and connected devices Lead technical architecture discussions and provide mentorship to junior engineers Implement and optimize networking protocols such as TCP/IP and UDP Required qualifications: Proven experience with embedded C/C++ programming Strong background in embedded Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS) Experience with IoT technologies and connected device architectures Familiarity with video compression standards like H.264/H.265 Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
