Job Description & Requirements Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – School. The SLP will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide comprehensive speech and language services that support students’ academic and social development. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders; developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with goals for students; providing direct therapy services in individual and group settings throughout the school year; monitoring and documenting student progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary; and providing training and resources to teachers and staff on effective strategies to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom. Start date: 8/3/2026. Available shifts: 7 days. Pay rate: $1,765.00 – $1,819.00. Required Qualifications Speech/Language Pathologist, School Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field. State license required to start the assignment. Speech Therapist Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Previous experience working in a school setting, early childhood, or pediatrics. Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members. Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations. Location Jacksonville, Florida.
