Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Role Jacksonville, FL | 2026–2027 School Year Make an Impact Where It Matters Most Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite, school-based position in the Jacksonville, Florida area. This is a full school-year contract with the opportunity for renewal. Position Overview As a school-based SLP, you will work with students across a range of grade levels and communication needs in a structured, team-oriented setting. Full-time, onsite position aligned with the school calendar Consistent caseload and daily schedule Opportunity to work across one or multiple school sites Collaborative environment with educators and support staff Key Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams and families Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $40–$47.50/hour (based on experience) Full W-2 benefits package 12-month spread pay option for consistent income year-round Bonus opportunities available Ongoing support from a clinical advisory team Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active or eligible Florida SLP license CCC-SLP preferred (CFs encouraged to apply) School-based or pediatric experience is a plus Why Join Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS)?
