Business Process Analyst

Support, analyze, and improve business processes Help plan, execute, monitor, and complete finance-related strategic initiatives Collaborate with initiative leads, sponsors, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders Maintain alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, performance measures, and desired outcomes Evaluate current processes and standard operating procedures Conduct gap, root cause, feasibility, and risk analyses Recommend practical improvements Develop project plans, milestones, dashboards, reports, process maps, and implementation documentation Track KPIs, risks, issues, and progress Support change readiness and adoption Facilitate meetings and workshops Identify and help resolve barriers Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences Ensure deliverables comply with applicable federal, state, agency, and other requirements Requirements Work authorization: ONLY USC or GC with permanent resident Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, performance management, or organizational transformation Professional enterprise-level experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, performance management, or a related field Experience working in a highly regulated environment Preference given to experience in state government, healthcare, finance, regulatory, or similar service-related business Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, or implementation documentation Preferred master's degree in MBA or MHA Lean Six Sigma, project management, change management, business analysis, or related professional training or certification is preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and project management within highly regulated environments. Proficient in developing executive-level reports, dashboards, and implementation documentation to support strategic initiatives.
