What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WA or IMLC

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90- 120

Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital 7a-7p

Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital OR open 5 days per week

If scheduled for a 10-hour shift OT would be paid after 10 hours

If scheduled for a 12-hour shift OT would be paid after 12 hours

The expectation is that the provider is to stay for the shifts entiriety

Call Night /Weekend - Yes for emergent surgeries
