Required Skills: Medical degree from an accredited institution and Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology Valid medical license to practice in our state Proven experience in outpatient clinic management, surgical procedures, and patient consultation Strong troubleshooting and procedural skills, including cystoscopies, biopsies, and Urodynamics testing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and team members Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with scheduling and managing OR procedures in a high-volume setting Ability to assist with in-office procedures and diagnostics beyond basic urological practices Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Prior experience in a call rotation environment Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree with specialization in Urology Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in Urology preferred Experience with surgical or procedural Urology highly desirable Other Requirements: Availability to work 10-12 days per month, including weekends and weekdays to support clinic, OR, and call duties Participation in a 24-hour call schedule (0700–0700), with APP backup support Willingness to travel when necessary for procedures or professional development Ability to start by June 8, 2026, with a flexible schedule that includes scheduled OR time and clinic days Embark on a rewarding career journey with us and be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in urological care.
