Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience within school settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to organize, document, and manage a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students across various grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to tailor interventions and support student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a key team member for student support
