Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Indiana SLP licensure in good standing
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
Prior experience with school-aged children preferred
Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students
Develop, implement, and track individualized therapy plans and interventions
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational goals
Provide direct therapy services onsite to students with a range of communication needs
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress notes, and compliance documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and deliver recommendations grounded in evidence-based practice
Serve as a valuable resource for educational staff and parents regarding best communication strategies
