Job Summary:
The Iowa-based Telemetry Medical Surgical Float position is located in Sioux City. This role involves providing patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, with the flexibility to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA), Neonatal Infant Health Scale (NIHSS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA); Iowa state license; at least 2 years of previous step-down experience; work history/resume required; skills checklist completed within 1 year; license verification; references 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: First-time traveler okay; willingness to float to Emergency Department (ED); demonstrated clinical competence.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, with an expected minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility unless in Madison, where a local address with a 10% rate reduction is accepted.
